Billing

How is billing handled ?

As a consumer, you will receive two invoices :

  • One from your traditional energy supplier
  • Another from RaYSun, representing Energilia

For the RaYSun part, an invoice with a provision will be sent monthly.

A dedicated platform gives you access to your consumption data and bills, which are also sent to you by email.

An adjustment will be sent on the anniversary date of the contract.

If you are a producer, an invoice with the exact details will be sent to you every 3 months.
