1. Getting in touch

• Aller sur la page "Rejoindre Energilia" et remplissez le formulaire en quelques minutes. Notre gestionnaire (RaYSun) reprendra contact avec vous dans les 5 jours ouvrables suivants.

2. Assessing your energy profile

• A diagnosis of your energy consumption and / or production (if you have solar panels or other renewable sources) will be carried out by the manager.
• A report summarizing the amounts of energy shared and the savings achieved thanks to the community will be communicated to you.

3. Membership and contracts

• If the offer suits you, sign a contract and a charter with the community, specifying your role (consumer, producer, or prosumer), your rights and obligations and those of the community.
• You undertake to comply with the rules of operation and the principles of sustainability.

4. Integration into the community

• Collecte des informations nécessaire au dossier technique vous permettant d'intégrer la communauté et Energilia.
• Validation par la communauté de votre dossier.
• Declaration to the competent authorities authorising your entry into the community.

5. Activating energy sharing

• Integration of your entity into the sharing activity/operation after the agreement of the competent authority depending on the Region.
• Make an active contribution: share your surplus energy and benefit from community energy.
• Provision of tools for monitoring and/or reporting of community activities.
• Take part in meetings, initiatives and decision-making to strengthen community spirit and optimise collective energy performance.

As a consumer, you will receive two invoices :

• One from your traditional energy supplier
• Another one from the community.

A dedicated platform gives you access to your consumption data and bills, which are also sent to you by email.

An adjustment will be sent on the anniversary date of the contract.

As a producer, you will receive data from the community about the use of your installation. You can then issue your invoice, which will be paid within 30 days.
